As a Buyer's Representative, Erin Robertson will help you with your home search, provide you with regular market updates, research all of your financing options, negotiate the best possible deal for you and assist you in any other home-related services that you need. Erin’s work philosophy is based on honesty and hard work. She believes in going the extra mile with all of her clients and her goal is to provide nothing but unparalleled service. As part of the team, Erin is a vital key to our success. Having her serve our Buyer clients enables Masood to focus solely on marketing your home to potential buyers.
 Linda Baker
Client Care Manager
You have heard her voice on the phone. Now meet Linda Baker, Masood’s office assistant. Primarily, Linda will be assisting Masood by liaising with clients interested in buying or selling homes in the area, and providing a better service by ensuring that their requirements are being met and setting up appointments to view listings they would like to see and looks forward to speaking with all of his clients in the future. She sees her role as part of Masood's commitment to clients, giving him more time with clients directly and for the customer service for which he is known.
 JoAnne Clark
Customer Liaison and Marketing Coordinator
JoAnne Clark is responsible for all leads coming in to the office as well as ensuring customer follow-up. JoAnne’s creative style of writing and positive attitude is reflected in the ads that she creates to promote your house.
JoAnne will also be handling office procedures, implementing plans and doing all the write-ups for the listed homes we are selling.

Office Manager
Helen Vatandoust, our team’s office manager, keeps everything going on the day to day basis. She oversees the implementation of procedures for our busy office to ensure that all of our client’s requirements are met as quickly and efficiently as possible.
 Chris Sissons
Technical Support & Web Advisor
The office of today is buzzing with technology - technology that requires supervision and maintenance. Chris takes up this task which includes the development of Masood's website, software installation and troubleshooting on the office's computers, and a variety of other "techy" jobs. When communication difficulties arise between people and computers, Chris acts as the interpreter to help keep everything working together smoothly.
 Tara Savelle
Canadian Staging Professional™
Tara Savelle is a certified Canadian Staging Professional™ and owner of HOME ON DISPLAY. Her commitment to home owners is to help them “Turn their house into a model home.” through using various techniques of furniture arrangement, neutralizing décor and home sellers workbooks. On the buyers end Tara also provides color consultations and re-designing for living.
Home staging is relatively new in the Durham Region and is a tool realtors and home owners use to market houses’ effectively. It helps to secure the equity in a home.
Tara brings a unique blend or talent, skill and sophistication to every home. While building her business she is also a wife and mother of 2 small children. She and her family reside in Bowmanville.
Ashley Baker
Office Assistant
Ashley Baker is one of the student members of The Vatandoust Team. When Ashley started working with us she helped with a lot of “behind the scene” projects. She is now one of two Saturday Team Members. Ashley's competent telephone abilities, proficient computer skills and accurate data processing make her a very valuable member of our team.
Jessica McGeough
Office Assistant
Jessica McGeough is the newest addition to The Vatandoust Team, assisting with the clerical and administrative work within the office every other Saturday. Always willing to assist clients with a smile and a courteous word, Jessica communicates clients' needs to our agents in a timely and professional manner.
